Business Standard edition includes everything in Business Starter, plus additional storage and enhanced collaboration and productivity tools. With Business Standard, you get 2 TB of pooled storage for each user in your organization to store Gmail messages, Google Photos, and files in Google Drive. With shared drives, files belong to a team instead of an individual. If members leave, files stay where they are so the team can continue to share information and get work done. With enhanced meetings, all meeting recordings will be saved to Drive, hand raising and lowering is now available within meetings and breakout rooms to divide participants into smaller groups during meetings and audience polling and Q & A’s are now available. Chat history can now be turned on or off by default, auto- accept invitations and you can now chat outside of your organization.
